There are 3 ways to apply after
printing the application and ordering forms.. They are:

Processing time is generally 1-3 business days or less to place your
package in the mail once the application is received. (Your offering
may be in the form of a Postal Money Order, Other types of Money
Orders, Check or Credit or Debit card.)
All Packages are mailed by Priority Mail or First Class Mail in the USA.
Express mail service is available on request. Call us for the
extra amount to add to your offering.
Phone hours are generally 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Coast time,
Monday-Saturday
FAX hours are 24/7 (24 hours a day, seven days a week)

Canada
residents
only
Offerings from Canada must be in USA dollars in the form of a Postal
Money Order (best), or Bank Check or Bank Money Order payable in USA
dollars. WE ARE NOT ABLE
TO ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS FROM CANADA
Packages sent to Canada are mailed by Priority Mail. Please add
$17 US to the offering for anything you applied for up to Clergy
Package #2. For Clergy Package 3 or 4 add $34
US. Generally Priority Mail to Canada will arrive about 7-14
business days after we place it in the mail.
Applications
from Countries other than the USA
Offerings must be in the form of a Bank Check
payable in USA dollars through a US Bank, or International Money Order
such as American Express, or Western Union Payable in USA
dollars. You may also use a credit card if you wish. If you
use a credit card, the following information MUST be written in
somewhere on the application or separate piece of paper: The name
and signature of the person whose name appears on the card and the
billing address of the card holder. Out of country application's
MUST also complete the following Address Form:
Postage: For packages up to and including Clergy Package #2 add
$24 US for postage... For Clergy Packages 3 and 4 add $48 US for
postage.
ALL APPLICANTS FROM OUTSIDE THE USA AND CANADA, COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING
MAILING ADDRESS INFORMATION THAT WILL BE USED TO MAIL YOUR PACKAGE.
